Classes of Motor Vehicles
Goods
Conditions in which such goods shall be imported

Sun Visors and Covers including Arms and Fixing Brackets
Upholsterers’ Materials (such as Flock, Wadding, Batting, Fluting, Linters, Padding, Foams) cut moulded or fabricated to shape.
Upholstery Textiles, Fabrics, Leathers or Plastic Sheetings, cut, moulded or fabricated to shape
Wireless Broadcast Receiving Sets suited or designed for use in motor vehicles.
Wiring Looms, or Harnesses
Wheels of magnesium, aluminium alloys, chrome or decorative steel wheels, whether one piece construction or composite.

(b) Of the motor vehicles mentioned in Classes II and III of Part I hereof, viz:
Electric batteries (accumulators)
Exterior Rear Vision Mirrors
Laminated Undercarriage Springs (not including Shackles therefor)
Melt Sheet cut to shape
Pneumatic Rubber Tyres and Inner Tubes of Rubber
Radiator Assemblies including Pressure Caps
Seat Belts
Seat Frame and Spring Frame Assemblies (including Seat Reclining Mechanisms)
Seat Springs
Upholsterers’ Materials (such as Flock, Wadding, Batting, Fluting, Linters, Padding, Foams) cut, moulded or fabricated to shape
Upholsterers’ Textiles, Fabrics, Leather or Plastic Sheetings, cut, moulded or fabricated to shape
Wireless Broadcast Receiving Sets designed for use in motor vehicles.

PART III

5 For the purposes of these determinations an ‘omnibus’ means a motor vehicle designed solely or principally for the carriage of 10 or more seated persons (including the driver).

PART IV

6 These determinations shall come into force on the 14th day of December 1984

7 These determinations notified in the Gazette No. 101, dated the 13th day of November 1975, at pages 2546 to 2548, and amended by the following Gazettes —

No. 34 dated the 1st day of April 1976, at page 710
No. 31 dated the 17th day of March 1977, at page 632
No. 53 dated the 15th day of June 1978, at page 1667
No. 49 dated the 7th day of June 1979, at page 1759
No. 32 dated the 2nd day of April 1980, at page 988
No. 100 dated the 27th day of August 1981, at page 2381

shall be revoked on the coming into force of these determinations.

8 Notwithstanding such revocation, the provisions of the said determinations of the 13th day of November 1975 and amendments thereto, relating to the use of certain goods entered under Tariff Items 87.01.001, 87.02.021 and 87.04.011, shall at all times after such revocation continue to apply to goods so entered during the currency of the said determinations.

9 It should be understood that the determinations comprised herein may be varied from time to time, by a notice published in the Gazette. In the case of major variations, at least three months notice of any such variations will, if practicable, be given.
