Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notice classifying the Morven Recreation Reserve dated the 15th day of November 1979 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1980, No. 1, page 21 by omitting from the said notice the words “8144 square metres” in the legal description of Reserve 4934 and inserting in their place the words “2074 square metres”.
