Land Acquired, Subject to Certain Rights, for Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the rights created by conveyance No. 2881F (F2/786), lease No. 143598 (R.63/187) and conveyance No. 351660 (R.471/119) South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of December 1984.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, together with the benefit of the right of way created by transfers S. 648478, S. 655352, H. 001377.1 and H. 007475.1, and the right of way and right to convey water, electricity and telephone services created by transfer H. 267136, South Auckland Land Registry, for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of December 1984.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining easements created by Deeds No. 173870 (R. 112/262) and No. 178252 (R. 120/516), and the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 9758, South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of December 1984.
