Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Vested and
Land Taken and Vested in Block XVI, Mangapakeha Survey
District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The
Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and
declares that the area when stopped shall be vested in Tinui
Downs Limited at Timaru.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road
described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and
declares that the area when stopped shall be vested in
Daniel Cameron Shelton of Tinui, sheep farmer.

(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act
1981, and declares that area to be vested in Tinui Downs
Limited at Timaru.

of Works and Development, hereby declares the land described

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in the County
of Eltham

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 26th day of June 1984, published in Gazette, 5 July 1984,
No. 114, at page 2425, declaring land acquired for road in the County
of Eltham, by deleting from the body of the said declaration the
words “The Eltham Borough Council” and substituting the words
“The Eltham County Council”.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Land Taken in Block XII, Awaroa Survey District and Block
IX, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development, hereby amends the notice dated the
18th day of January 1983, published in Gazette No. 10 of 3 February
1983 at page 266 declaring land to be road, road stopped and land
taken pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 by omitting
paragraphs (b) (iii) (c) (i) and (c) (ii) therefrom and substituting the
following:

(b) (iii) The area tently described, now known as Allotment 380,
Whangape Parish, shall vest in Johannes Adrianus Baars
of Huntly, farmer and Rita Josephine Baars, his wife,
subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos H. 154202.2
and H. 522981.2, South Auckland Land Registry.
