Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road, Road Purposes and Stream Improvement in the City of Whangarei

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 9th day of June 1983, published in the Gazette of 16 June 1983, No. 86, at page 1863, declaring land to be acquired for road, road purposes and stream improvement in the City of Whangarei, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the area and description of the land sixthly described in the Schedule hereto and substituting the following area and description:

PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 5.
