Clause 40 (p. 2284) omit the clause and substitute:
40 DELIVERY
40.1 Unsuccessful delivery
The Corporation shall make every reasonable effort to deliver goods consigned "to door" to the address given. After two unsuccessful attempts the sender shall be notified and given the options of:
40.1.1 Re-delivery
Further attempts to deliver the goods at the Zone C charges specified in clause 35.2.2 charged to the sender for each attempt requested.
40.1.2 Return
Return of the goods at the sender's expense.
40.2 Storage
From the day after the sender is notified that delivery has been unsuccessful and further instruc-tions are requested, storage shall be charged as provided in clause 62 until instructions are received.
40.3 Proof of delivery
Proof of delivery shall be provided free of charge to the sender on request. Provided that a request received more than 6 months from the date of consignment shall be charged an admin-istration fee of $10.
Clause 41 (p. 2285) omit this clause and substitute:

42 TIMBER MEASUREMENT
42.1 Length
Except where otherwise specified, the length of timber or logs shall be measured in multiples of ten centimetres and fractional amounts less than ten centimetres shall be omitted. Sawn timber in pieces not exceeding two metres in length shall, except where otherwise provided, be charged on actual length.
42.2 Timber shorts
Timber pieces not exceeding two metres in length, where the actual weight cannot be determined by weighing, may be charged on the basis of one cubic metre to the tonne.
42.3 Width and thickness
In computing the sizes of sawn timber, whether dressed or undressed, fractional parts less than one millimetre in width or thickness shall be reckoned as one millimetre. In computing the measurement of rusticated weatherboards, tongue-and-grooved flooring and lining boards, and all other boards of irregular width and thickness, the full overall measurement shall be charged for: i.e., the board shall be taken to measure as if its greatest width and thickness were uniform throughout the entire width and thickness of the board.
42.4 Volumes
Timber and log volumes shall be computed as provided in clause 20.18.
