Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the recreation reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Rewi Murray Polo Park Recreation Reserve.

Appointment of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby appoints the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose reserve (soil conservation and river control).

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Matangi Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Matangi Recreation Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by the Waikato County Council.
