Classification of Reserve and Appointment to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, appoints the Blenheim Borough Council to control and manage the said reserve as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
