Land Acquired for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations
Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in the Borough of
Huntly

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the surface of the land described in the
Schedule hereto together with the airspace above the said surface
and the subsoil down to a plane 15.24 metres below and
approximately parallel to the said surface, is hereby acquired for
purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the
Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of
December 1984.

Revoking in Part an Order in Council Authorising Secondary
Uses of Land in the Borough of Alexandra and Block I, Fraser
Survey District and Vesting the Control and Management thereof
in the Alexandra Lakeside Domain Board

PURSUANT to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of
the Executive Council, hereby revokes the vesting of the control
and management in the Alexandra Lakeside Domain Board of the
secondary uses of land for recreational purposes described in the
Schedule hereto and further vests the said secondary uses of land
for recreational purposes in the Alexandra Borough Council, for
that purpose.
