Declaring Road to be Government Road and to be Stopped and Part, Together With Stopped Road, to be Added to the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Lake Kinihia Branch), in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County and in the Borough of Huntly

The Minister of Works and Development:
(a) Pursuant to section 124 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the road described in the First Schedule hereto to be Government road, and
(b) Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, stops the said road, and
(c) Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the said stopped road firstly described in the First Schedule hereto together with the stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be added to the land held for the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Lake Kinihia Branch) described in Third Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land to be Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Hurunui County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road, together with the water easement reserved by Transfer 92585, Canterbury Land Registry, and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of December 1984.

Leasehold Estate Acquired for the Generation of Electricity in Mackenzie County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Wolds Run Company (1972) Limited at Timaru, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. P. 8, recorded in Volume 529, folio 16, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity on the 6th day of December 1984.
