Declaring Land Held for Railway Purposes at Hampden and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 67B of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice shall be cited as the Auckland Teachers Colleges Council Notice 1984, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together and deemed part of the Auckland Teachers Colleges Council Notice 1983* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

2. This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

3. Clause 2 of the principal notice is amended by deleting paragraph (1) (b) and substituting the words 'one officer of the Department of Education appointed by the Minister of Education' in its place.
