Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (gravel pit) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land Held for Railway Purposes at Hampden and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

PURSUANT to section 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that UTA French Airlines of Paris, France, has applied to renew its International Air Services Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Auckland and Papeete; Noumea and Auckland; and Papeete and Rarotonga for a further 2-year period from 1 April 1984. Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.

This notice shall be cited as the Auckland Teachers Colleges Council Notice 1984, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together and deemed part of the Auckland Teachers Colleges Council Notice 1983* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

Clause 2 of the principal notice is amended by deleting paragraph (1) (b) and substituting the words 'one officer of the Department of Education appointed by the Minister of Education' in its place.
