416 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 22
or fittings, so that the same may at all times be kept in good and
efficient working order and a radio mast easement is hereby acquired
for the purposes of an aerodrome on the 16th day of February 1984,
vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the rights to convey and transmit
electrical energy under and along the land described in the Fourth
Schedule hereto by means of underground cable or cables new or
hereafter to be laid for the purposes of an earthnet and any cable
or cables laid in substitution therefore together with the full, free,
right, liberty, licence, privilege, and authority to Her Majesty the
Queen her heirs, assigns, servants, agents, and workmen with any
tools, machinery, vehicles, and equipment whatsoever upon the land
and to dig trenches, lay cable or cables and construct thereon cable
ducts and radio beacon masts and other such structures as may be
necessary or desirable for any purposes connected with the said
easement and for inspection, maintenance, installation, repair, and
replacement of the said cable or cables and associated equipment
fittings or structures so that the same may be kept in good and
efficient working order.
