Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block VIII, Pigeon Bay Survey District—Mount Herbert County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Mount Herbert County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land and Easement Over Land Acquired for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Bruce and Silverpeaks Counties
—
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of an aerodrome and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th day of February 1984 and rights of way are hereby acquired for the purposes of an aerodrome, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen on the 16th day of February 1984, the full and free right, liberty, and authority in perpetuity for herself, her tenants, agents, servants, and workmen, in common with the registered proprietors of the said land, their successors in title, tenants, agents, servants, workmen, and all other persons lawfully using the land from time to time and at all times by day and by night, with or without vehicles, machines, tools, and equipment to go, pass and repass along, over, upon, and through the said rights of way; and an electric cable easement is hereby acquired for the purposes of an aerodrome over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen on the 16th day of February 1984, the right to convey and transmit electric power and energy under and along the land described in the Third Schedule hereto by means of underground cable or cables now or hereafter to be laid, and any cable or cables laid in substitution therefore and shall include the full, free, right, liberty, licence, privilege, and authority in perpetuity to Her Majesty the Queen her tenants, agents, servants, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to enter upon the said land and to dig trenches and lay cable or cables and construct thereon and thereunder such cable ducts and other structures as may be necessary or desirable for any purpose connected with the said easement and for the inspection, maintenance, installation, repair and/or replacement of the said cable or cables and any associated equipment
