NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kaikohe Borough and Bay of Islands County) Notice No. 1, 1984.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Kaikohe Borough) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 7th day of November 1973†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is hereby revoked.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
—
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of the following school: St. Joseph’s School, Oamaru.
The said supplementary integration agreement comes into effect on 7 November 1984. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington and at regional offices.

Hogan), gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting in the Conference Room, Fourth Floor, Transport House, corner Montreal and Cashel Streets, Christchurch on Wednesday, the 12th day of December 1984 at 9.30 a.m. to receive evidence for or against the granting of them.
A84/237, the Mount Cook Group Limited, Christchurch: Amend Continuous Passenger Service Licence No. 2315 by altering the timetables attached thereto.
