necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act
1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice
    Hamilton 1984, No. 24.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
    revoked.

  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby
    declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice of Marine Mammal Permit Application (Notice No. 3385;
Ag. 9/6/16/1)

Pursuant to section 5 (5) of the Marine Mammals Protection Act
1978, the Minister of Fisheries advises that Michael Edgley
International Pty. Ltd., on behalf of the Moscow Circus on Ice, has
applied for a permit to import and possess for the duration that
the Moscow Circus is in New Zealand, and subsequently export,
11 female eared seals (callorhinus ursinus) and 1 male fur seal
(arctocephalus philippi) for display purposes. Submissions regarding
this application are hereby called and are to be made in writing
within 28 days after publication of this notice.

Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and
    Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 19.

(2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the
1st day of September 1984.

  1. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances
    Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allow-
    ances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 18) is hereby revoked and the
    Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefore.

  2. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980,
    Amendment No, 18* is hereby consequently revoked.

Setting Rates of Annual Berryfruit Levy (Notice No. 3389;
Ag. 4/54/8)

Pursuant to section 4 of the Berryfruit Levy Act 1967, having
regard to the recommendations of the New Zealand Berryfruit
Growers Federation (Inc.), I hereby fix the rates of annual levy to
be paid by berryfruit growers in respect of their gardens, to the
Federation:

Pursuant to section 7 of the Berryfruit Levy Act 1967, having
regard to the recommendations of the New Zealand Berryfruit
Growers Federation (Inc.), I hereby fix a special levy equal to 20
cents per kilogram of blueberries sold for fresh export purposes.
This levy is to be paid by blueberry growers and is to be used for
the purposes of promotion and market development in respect of
export blueberries.

The rates of annual and special levies hereby fixed shall come
into force on the 14th day after publication of this notice.
