Maori Land Court Sittings—Maori Appellate Court Sittings

NOTICE is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Appellate Court and of the Maori Land Court will be held during the year 1 January 1985 to 31 December 1985 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.

The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date and place thereof in the case of the Maori Appellate Court) will be notified in the relevant panui. If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied, the varied date will be notified in the panui.

All other Court sittings will commence at times to be notified in the panui.

Tokaanu-Taumarunui Court sittings will commence at Tokaanu and adjourn to Taumarunui on a day to be notified in the panui.

Levin - Palmerston North Court sittings will commence at Levin and adjourn to Palmerston North on a day to be notified in the panui.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a Marae, meeting place, church site and place of historical interest for the common use and benefit of Poutini hapu of Ngaitahu.

ALL that piece of land, situated in Block XIII, Greymouth Survey District, and described as follows:
