PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 1st day of November 1984.

(b) Pursuant to section 42, further declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
