Land Acquired for Road in the City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Takapuna City Council on the 1st day of November 1984.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Wallace County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence No. 655 recorded in certificate of title No. 5D/1318 held from Her Majesty the Queen by James Murrell Howden, of Grassy Creek, farmer, Fay Doreen Howden, his wife, and Christopher James Howden, of Grassy Creek, farmer.
