Authorising the Great Barrier Island County Council to Reclaim Seabed at Great Barrier Island

At the Government House at Wellington this 15th day of October 1984

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Great Barrier Island County Council to reclaim the areas of seabed set out in the First Schedule to this Order.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that area of 390 square metres, more or less, of Whanga-parapara Harbour bed at Great Barrier Island as more particularly shown on plan M.D. 16251 (S.O. 57172).

All that area of 750 square metres, more or less, of Tryphena Harbour bed at Great Barrier Island as more particularly shown on plan M.D. 16250 (S.O. 57171).

The forementioned plans are deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Authorising the Marlborough Harbour Board to Reclaim Crown Land at Elaine Bay in the Marlborough Sounds

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby authorises the Marlborough Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 590 square metres of seabed at Elaine Bay in the Marlborough Sounds, as shown on plan M.D. 16234 (S.O. 13413), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint pursuant to section 19 of the Land Valuation Proceedings Act 1948 as substituted by section 2 of the Land Valuation Proceedings Amendment Act 1977

to be a member of the Waikato Land Valuation Tribunal No. 4 for a term of 6 years on and from the 17th day of October 1984.
