The Traffic (Auckland Harbour Bridge) Notice No. 1, 1984
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Auckland Harbour Bridge) Notice No. 1, 1984.
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Auckland Harbour Bridge) Notice No. 1, 1980, dated the 11th day of March 1980†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked

Environmental Impact Report Notified: Waikato Coal-Fired Power Station
THE Commission for the Environment has received an Environmental Impact Report on the Ministry of Energy’s proposal to build a coal-fired power station in the Waikato. The report will be audited by the Commission in accordance with the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Procedures.
Copies of this report can be obtained at a cost of $20 from B. J. McGlinchy, Senior Power Development Engineer, Electricity Division, Ministry of Energy, Private Bag, Wellington.
Copies for public inspection are held at the following places: University libraries; the 4 main metropolitan public libraries; Hamilton, Huntly and Te Kauwhata public libraries; Huntly Borough, Raglan County and Franklin County Councils; Meremere and Tuakau Post Offices; and Waahi Marae.
Submissions on the environmental implications of the proposal are invited and should reach the Commission before 5 p.m. on Friday, 23 November 1984. Submissions should, where practicable, use A4-size paper and be typed, or hand-written in dark ink, and addressed to the Commissioner for the Environment, Commission for the Environment, P.O. Box 10–241, Wellington; or delivered to the Commission’s offices at CPD House, 108 The Terrace, Wellington.
Submissions will be bound and published with the Commission’s Audit.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee on 14 September 1984, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Woolshed Tavern.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
