Clifton County Council General Bylaw Amendments:
No. 5 (Reserves and Foreshore) made on 9 December 1983 and
confirmed on 10 February 1984.
No. 6 (Water Control) made on 9 December 1983 and confirmed on
10 February 1984.
No. 7 (1984) made on 10 August 1984 and confirmed on 14
September 1984.

The Traffic (Waimairi District) Notice No. 3, 1984
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation
from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation
from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief
Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waimairi District) Notice
No. 3, 1984.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section
52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby
declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to
regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Waimairi County) Notice No. 1, 1979, dated the 12th
day of February 1979†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport
Act 1962, and regulations 21 (2) and 21 (4) of the Traffic Regulations
1976 is hereby revoked.
