Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XII, Thames Survey District and Block III, Waihou Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated the 8th day of July 1889 to be road and to be vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3.1890 hectares, situated in Block XII, Thames Survey District and Block III, Waihou Survey District, being Te Kopua part 2 Block (roadway); as shown on M.L. Plan 20942, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.


Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of October 1984.

Declaring Land in Taranaki Land District, Vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

DAVID BEATTIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—STRATFORD COUNTY

4573 square metres, more or less, being Section 47, Town of Whangamomona, situated in Block I, Mahoe Survey District and Section 26, Block I, Mahoe Survey District. All certificate of title 136/210. S.O. Plan 7760.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1984.
