PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule to be road which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway No. 22.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken and to be vested in Vivien Andrew Barker of Stanleybrook, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 173501.3 and 192490.1, Nelson Land Registry.
