Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land Subject to and Together With the Benefit of Certain Rights and Restrictions, for the Generation of Electricity (Housing) in the Borough of Huntly

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated 1st November 1983 and published in Gazette, 24 November 1983, No. 196 at page 4068, acquiring land subject to and together with the benefit of certain rights and restrictions for the generation of electricity (housing) in the Borough of Huntly by omitting the heading and operative clause and substituting the following:

"Land Acquired, Subject to Certain Restrictions, for the Generation of Electricity (Housing) in the Borough of Huntly

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired subject to the mining easements created by transfer 13479 and conveyance 119589 (R. 41/265), the fencing covenant in transfer H. 082423 and pipeline certificate S. 144900, South Auckland Land Registry for the generation of electricity (housing) and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of November 1983."
