State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to
Catlins State Forest Park—Southland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted
by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The
Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the
Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part
of the Catlins State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY
106.3830 hectares, more or less, being Section 13, Block IX,
Mokoreta Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1984, page
566, as shown on plan F47/2, deposited in the Head Office of the
New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 9719).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of September 1984.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, His
Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order-in-
Council of the 12th day of May 1914 entitled "Malvern Agricultural
and Pastoral Association Incorporated Notice No. 1742" which
Order-in-Council incorporated the Malvern Agricultural and Pastoral
Association and was gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette of 21
May 1914 at page 2101.

Major and Quartermaster with effect from 3 September 1984.

Lieutenant and Quartermaster D. T. A. Morrow to be temp.
Captain and Quartermaster with effect from 20 July 1984.

Lieutenant and Quartermaster D. R. Powell to be temp. Captain
and Quartermaster with effect from 5 July 1984.

Lieutenant J. D. S. Ramsden to be temp. Captain with effect from
6 August 1984.

Lieutenant Christopher Adrian Moody is transferred to the Army
Reserve, General List of Officers, in his present rank with effect
from 26 August 1984.

ROYAL N.Z. CORPS OF SIGNALS

Lieutenant Craig David Nation is transferred to the Army Reserve,
General List of Officers, in her present rank with effect from 3 August
1984.

ROYAL N.Z. INFANTRY REGIMENT

Captain and Quartermaster D. I. Mackintosh, B.E.M., is re-engaged
until 6 April 1987.

Lieutenant D. J. Russell to be temp. Captain with effect from 20
August 1984.

effect from 14 August 1984.
