For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby declared that clauses 4, 5,
7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 18(3), 19, 20, 21, 30, 35, 38, 52, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61,
62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 73, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 89,
92, 93, 95, 96, 98, 99, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 118,
120, 122, 123, and 126 of the General Tariff Conditions shall not
be imported into this notice. -
Other tariffs—Nothing in this notice shall affect or prevent
the application of any fare to any travel in accordance with some
other notice under section 29A(2) of the Act. -
Revocation—Every approval under the Act before the com-
mencement of this notice of any Round-Trip Excursion Tariff
between New Zealand and France is hereby revoked.
