Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve, over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Lake County in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of a partition of Ranana 3 Block, it is considered necessary to partially replace the notice aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 (7) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
