Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block III, Fitzroy Survey District, Great Barrier Island County

Pursuant to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Great Barrier Island County Council pursuant to the said Section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Wellington City Council on the 27th day of March 1984:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said council and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.
