Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waitomo District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Waitomo District Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for a public pound over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
