Reservation of Land and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Mount Manakau Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Mount Manakau Scenic Reserve.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve

—

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby amends an error in the notice classifying the local purpose (community centre) reserve dated 28 July 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 4 August 1983, No. 117, page 2501 by omitting from the said notice “Southland County” within the Schedule, and inserting in its place “Wallace County”.
