Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block I,
Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Raglan
County Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that the
said stopped road now known as Allotment 338, Whangape
Parish, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate
of title No. 21C/354 subject to memoranda of mortgage
Nos S. 323758. S. 459801. H. 079816. H. 186741.4. South
Auckland Land Registry.
