Declaring Crown Land to be Set Apart for Road in Block VI,
Whitianga Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto, to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section
11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State
Highway No. 25.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 378 square metres, situated in
Block VI, Whitianga Survey District, being part Te Karo No. 1 Block;
as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 51698, lodged in the office of
the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired for Road in Block I, Tarawera Survey District,
Rotorua District

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of
the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of State Highway
No. 30, and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of September
1984.
