Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 12) in Blocks VII
and VIII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road (State Highway No. 12) and shall vest
in the Crown on the 30th day of August 1984.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Waoku
Survey District, Hokianga County, described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 30th
day of August 1984, and shall, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the
National Roads Act 1953, form part of State Highway No. 5.
