Revoking Previous Notices and Declaring Stopped Road to be
Disposed of in Block XV, Wangaeka Survey District, Waimea
County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 55, revokes the notice dated 6 July 1983,
published in New Zealand Gazette of 14 July 1983, No. 101
at page 2171, declaring stopped road to be disposed of in
Block XV, Wangaeka Survey District, Waimea County
as amended by the notice dated 2 April 1984, published
in the Gazette of 12 April 1984, No. 61 at page 1162; and

(b) Pursuant to section 117 declares that the stopped road,
described in the Schedule hereto shall vest in the Henry
John Hancock of Tapawera, farmer, and Joan Irene
Hancock of Tapawera, married woman.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3835 square metres, situated in
Block XV, Wangaeka Survey District, being Section 44; as shown
marked “B” on S.O. Plan 12569, lodged in the office of the Chief
Surveyor at Nelson.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested, Road
Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Taken and Vested in Block
II, Heretaunga Survey District and Block XIV, Puketapu Survey
District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule to be road, and vested in The Hawke’s Bay
County Council:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
and declares that—

(i) The areas first, second and fourthly described in the
Third Schedule shall be vested in Silverford Farm Limited
at Napier, subject to mortgage No. 286424:

(ii) The areas third and fifthly described in the Third
Schedule shall be vested in Christopher William Sherratt
of Puketapu, sheepfarmer (½ share), Gary Ormond Sherratt
of Puketapu, sheepfarmer and Richard Bond Nesbitt of
Napier, chartered accountant (jointly) (½ share) as tenants
in common in the said shares, subject to mortgage Nos
359827.3 and 371830.1.

(iii) The area sixthly described in the Third Schedule shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title H2/1465:

(iv) The areas seventh and tenthly described in the Third
Schedule shall be vested in Wharenui Farms Limited at
Hastings, subject to mortgage Nos 359827.3 and 371830.1:

(v) The area eighthly described in the Third Schedule
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of
title E4/1495.

(c) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the
Fourth Schedule hereto to be taken and further declares
that the said land (now known as Block 197, Puketapu
Crown Grant District, Block XIV, Puketapu Survey
District) shall be vested in Silverford Farm Limited at
Napier subject to the interests in (b) (i) above.
