Revoking Declaration of State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the State Highway described in the First Schedule below is revoked, and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule below is declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purpose of the National Roads Act.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NO. 2 STATE HIGHWAY (POKENO - WELLINGTON VIA GISBORNE)
THAT portion of State Highway No. 2 between Waipawa and Waipukurau as described in part 1 of the Schedule to that notice declaring State highways as published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, No. 20, at page 384.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NO. 2 STATE HIGHWAY (POKENO - WELLINGTON VIA GISBORNE)
THAT portion of highway between Waipawa and Waipukurau via the Tapairu deviation.

Standards for Honey to be Exported to Italy (Notice No. 3319; Ag. 12/12/7)

PURSUANT to regulation 5 (1) of the Honey Export Certification Regulations 1980, the Director-General hereby sets the following standards for honey which is to be exported to Italy:

(a) The honey comes from bee hives situated in the middle of a zone within a radius of 3 kilometres, in which during the last six months no cases of Nosema apis, Bacillus larvae or Bacillus pluton have been ascertained.
