Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped
and Land Taken in Block XII, Awaroa Survey District and Block
IX, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated the
18th day of January 1983, published in Gazette, No. 10 of 3 February
1983, at page 266, declaring land to be road, road stopped and land
taken pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 by omitting
paragraphs (b) (i) and (b) (iv) therefrom and substituting the
following:

(b) (i) The areas firstly to thirdly (inclusive) described, now
known as Sections 12, 13 and 14, Block IX, Rangiriri Survey
District and the areas fourthly to eighthly (inclusive)
described, now known as Allotments 375 to 379 (inclusive)
Whangape Parish, shall vest in Peter Ivan Drnasin of Huntly,
farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. S. 620098
and Statutory Land Charge S. 566631, South Auckland Land
Registry.

(b) (iv) The area eleventhly described, now known as Section
11, Block IX, Rangiriri Survey District, shall vest in Nesley
Farms Limited a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at Pukekohe.
