PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 15th day of March 1982, published in Gazette 25 March 1982, No. 34, page 1021 and registered in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as H. 403174A acquiring land for soil conservation and river control purposes in Block VII, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County, Block XII, Aroha Survey District, Piako County, Blocks II and III, Wairere Survey District, Piako County and Block XIII, Thames Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 by omitting therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Interests in Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XII, Aroha Survey District, Piako County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Carlyle Armstrong of Te Aroha, farmer, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence No. 20D/243, South Auckland Land Registry and the interest in the land thirdly and fourthly described in the said Schedule held from Her Majesty the Queen by the said John Carlyle Armstrong under and by virtue of Deferred Payment Licence No. 5C/280, South Auckland Land Registry, are hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of August 1984.
