(vi) machines of which a single component has a
minimum lift of 18 tonnes and integral parts thereof carried
on the same vehicle or on a following vehicle.

(b) Exempt from section 109 of the Transport Act 1962 throughout
the North Island for the transport of:

(i) machines of which a single component has a minimum
lift of 4 tonnes and integral parts thereof carried
on the same vehicle;

(ii) pre-stressed concrete beams;

(iii) machines of which a single component has a
minimum lift of 8 tonnes and integral part thereof;

(iv) complete machines for installation or such complete
machines as have been extracted for return purposes and
which do not exceed 4 tonnes in weight;

(v) laminated timber products.

(c) Exempt from the respective weight restrictions when carrying
integral parts of the parent load.

(d)

(i) The term “machines” shall include integral parts
thereof but shall exclude material of whatever nature used
in its erection, operation and maintenance.

(ii) The term “machine” for the purpose of this licence
shall be defined as an apparatus for applying mechanical
power and shall include a “vehicle” as defined by section
2 of the Transport Act 1962.

(e) At all times while the licensee is operating a goods service
requiring an exemption from section 109 of the Transport
Act 1962 in terms of Special Conditions A, B or C hereof,
he shall carry a current Rail Exemption Certificate/s in the
name of Dales Freightways Limited appropriate to the
journey and class of goods being carried.

David Graeme Speedy and Beverley Doris Speedy: A new Goods
Transport Service Licence with one motor vehicle with exemption
from section 109 of the Transport Act 1962 to carry heavy equipment
throughout the North Island.

Hobsonville Contractors Ltd: A new Goods Transport Service
Licence with 5 motor vehicles with exemption from section 109 (1)
of the Transport Act 1962 to carry:

(a) own plant, tools of trade and materials to anywhere in North
Island.

(b) Pick up burnt lime from Otorohanga Te Kuiti and deliver
anywhere in the North Island.

Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to
become Manager under Part V of the Public Trust Office Act
1957

WHEREAS May Adeline Herbison late of Napier, deceased, is the
registered owner of 192 ordinary shares in East Coast Gas Supply
Limited; and whereas the Public Trustee having made due enquiry
does not known of any agent or administrator of the said May
Adeline Herbison in New Zealand with authority to take possession
of and administer the said shares; and whereas the gross value of
the said shares (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed
$4,000 and for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 80 of the
Public Trust Office 1957, the Public Trustee is satisfied that it is
advisable that he should become manager of the said shares:

Now therefore the Public Trustee, in exercise of the authority
conferred on him by the said subsection (2) hereby elects to be
manager of the said shares under Part V of the said Act.
