Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Blocks VIII and XII, Kaihu Survey District, Hobson County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Section 10, Block XII, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in Terry Te Awha Massey Wordley of Waihue, mail contractor, subject to memoranda of mortgage 207102.4, 901870.3 and 954517.2, North Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) Sections 3 and 4, Block VIII, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in Te Aaorangi Anania, married woman, Anne Clay, married woman, and Rere O Kapuni Thomas, married woman, all of Dargaville and Thomas Abraham Miru of Waihue, farmer, as tenants in common in equal shares;

(iii) Sections 5 and 6, Block VIII, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in John Harrison Simons, m.a., of Waihue, subject to memoranda of mortgage A. 73020 and 800011.1, North Auckland Land Registry;

(iv) Section 7, Block VIII, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in William Richard Pocklington of Waihue, farmer, and Catherine Daisy Pocklington, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage A. 55246, 477115.1 and 932029.2, North Auckland Land Registry;

(v) Section 8, Block VIII, Kaihu Survey District, shall vest in John James Nilsson of Waihue, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 114679.2, North Auckland Land Registry.
