PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 2nd
day of August 1984.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block VII,
Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Ministry
of Works and Development declares the stopped road described in
the Schedule hereto shall vest in Keith Randall Anderson of
Belgrove, farmer, as to an undivided one-half share, Winston Henry
Allnutt, of Belgrove, contractor, as to an undivided one-eighth share,
Joy Sandra Evans of Richmond, married woman, as to an undivided
one-eighth share, and Maurice Frederick Tuck of Wakefield,
contractor, as to an undivided one-quarter share, as tenants in
common in the said shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage
229428.1, Nelson Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road

Declaring Land to be Road and Land Taken in the Borough of
Devonport

PURSUANT to part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule to be road, and vested in The Devonport
Borough Council.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be taken
under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
declares that the area marked ‘P’ on S.O. Plan 57113 shall
be incorporated with the land in certificate of title, Volume
783, folio 247.
