Declaring Railway Land at Kiwitahi to be Road

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation Act 1981 and section 114 of the Public Works Act
1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of
Railways hereby declares as road and vests in the Piako County
Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—PIAKO COUNTY

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby
revokes the reservation as recreation reserves over the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said
land may be disposed of by the Grey County Council at current
market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
Council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied
in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control
of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for
reserves.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—GREY COUNTY

2003 square metres, more or less, being Reserves 2071 and 2072
(formerly Lot 10, D.P. 1006 and Lot 8, D.P. 1017), situated in Block
IV, Brunner Survey District. All certificates of title 5B/440 and
5B/441. Deposited Plans 1006 and 1017.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh
Notice

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason
of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the notice revoking the reservation over
a reserve dated 23 December 1983 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 26 January 1984, No. 8, page 215 and hereby issues the
following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby
revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve, over the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said
land may be disposed of by the Grey County Council in such
manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the
Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid
into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the
control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land
for reserves.

1917 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 15, D.P. 974 (also
designated part Reserve 2070), situated in Block IV, Cobden Survey
District. Part certificate of title 13/354.
