Vesting a Reserve in the Bay of Islands County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Bay of Islands County Council in trust for a local purpose (cemetery) reserve.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Classification of Reserve

Appointment of the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Lake Luxmore Wildlife Reserve.
