Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a cattle loading reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Ngaiotonga Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Ngaiotonga Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Bay of Islands Maritime and Historic Park Board.
