Amending a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block VI, Motupiko Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development, hereby amends the notice dated the 2nd day of April 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 April 1984, No. 61 at page 1162, declaring stopped road to be disposed of by omitting the following:

“PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall vest in Bruce Blackwood Lochhead of Kikawa, farmer and Allan Roger Lochhead of Kikawa, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 110055, 186301.4, 99682, 168936.1, 191736.1, 194389.3 and 204904.1, Nelson Land Registry”.

and substituting the following:

“PURSUANT to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that the stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall vest in Bruce Blackwood Lochhead of Kikawa, farmer and Allan Roger Lochhead of Kikawa, farmer as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos 110055, 186301.4, 99682, 168936.1, 191736.1, 194389.3 and 204904.1, Nelson Land Registry”.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 6th day of July 1983, published in the Gazette of 14 July 1983, No. 101, at page 2173, declaring land to be acquired for road in the City of Auckland, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the heading and the preamble the word “road” and substituting the words “road purposes”.
