PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th
day of July 1984.

Acquired for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of
Auckland

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, an easement in gross to support a retaining
wall (existing as at 3 June 1982) over the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, vesting in the Crown the rights and imposing on
the registered proprietor of the land the obligations set out in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Auckland-
Hamilton motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day
of July 1984.
