State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Kaweka State Forest Park—Wellington Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the Kaweka State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY

6,6400 hectares, more or less, being Block 195, Patoka Crown Grant District, situated in Blocks V and IX, Kuripapango Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 1169, as shown on Plan U20/7, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 8220).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1984.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in the Birkenhead City Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 16th day of July 1984

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175D of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Birkenhead City Council the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised by reclamation by Order in Council of 4 February 1980*, such land to be vested as recreation reserve.
