Sale of Wanganui Harbour Board Land

I, George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143C (1) (b) (i) of the Harbours Act 1950, the sale of land referred to in the First Schedule hereto by the Wanganui Harbour Board pursuant to section 143c of the said Act, and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Wellington, being Lot 7 on Deposited Plan 46873, containing 635 square metres, more or less, and being all the land described in certificate of title 17C/569.

SECOND SCHEDULE

The Board may allow any part of the purchase money to remain on mortgage of the land sold or allow the purchase money to be paid by instalments, but in no case shall the Board charge interest in respect of the purchase money at a rate that exceeds 11 percent per annum.

Sale of Taranaki Harbours Board Land

ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of Taranaki, being Lot 23 on Deposited Plan 9392 and being part Section 811, Grey District, containing 1214 square metres, more or less, and comprising part of the land described in certificate of title A2/964.

Amending an Order in Council Declaring that State Forest Land Ceases to be Part of Victoria State Forest Park—Westland Conservancy

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949 (as amended by the Forests Amendment Act 1970), the Order in Council declaring that State forest land ceases to be a part of Victoria State Forest Park issued on the 29th day of August 1983, and appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, 1983, page 2982, is amended by omitting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—INANGAHUA COUNTY

COMPRISING 8.5710 hectares, more or less, being part Victoria State Forest Park, situated in Block X, Reefton Survey District, being part of the land comprised and described in Gazette of 1981, page 1420 (shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 13279).

Comprising 45.0000 hectares, more or less, being part Victoria State Forest Park, situated in Block X, Reefton Survey District, being part of the land comprised and described in Gazette of 1981, page 1420 (shown marked “B” on S.O. Plan 13279).

As shown on plan L30/5, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
