Vesting a Reserve in the Wallace County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Wallace County Council in trust for a recreation reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a medical centre over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to become Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
