THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
No. 112
hereby appoints the Lake County Council to control and manage
the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation reserve, such
appointment to be subject to all such conditions as are hereinafter
contained:
(a) The appointment to control and manage shall be for a term
of 5 years from 1 April 1983.
(b) The Lake County Council shall, pursuant to section 41 (13)
of the Reserves Act 1977, be required to submit a
management plan for the reserve to the Minister of Lands
for approval.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Hawera District
Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as an
historic reserve and vests the said reserve in the Hawera District
Council in trust for that purpose.

MILITARY CEMETERY HISTORIC RESERVE

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby revokes the reservation as a gravel pit reserve over the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, such land to become Crown land
subject to the Land Act 1948.

hereafter be known as the Pukerau Red Tussock Scientific Reserve.
