NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A DECLARATION OF DISSOLUTION

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of section 335A of the Companies Act 1955 that I, Raymond Champion Townshend, of Christchurch, company director, being a director of Enfield Holdings Ltd. (a company having its principal place of business in Christchurch) intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution in respect of Enfield Holdings Ltd., and that unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the date of the first publication of this notice that the Registrar may dissolve the company.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

THE NATIONAL BANK OF NEW ZEALAND with reference to Bernie O’Donnell Sports Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of June 1984, the Bank appointed Ian Bryce Henderson, chartered accountant of Rotorua and Keith Raymond Smith, chartered accountant of Auckland, whose offices are at the offices of Kirk Barclay, Chartered Accountants, Daily Post Building, Hinemoa Street, Rotorua, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of July 1982.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
